Purcell, Dido and Aeneas
9th July 2017, from 4pm
St John’s Church, Broadstone

Building on the success of the 2015 Mozart “Magic Flute” performance and the gala concert in July 2016, Broadstone Music Series will collaborate once again with young singers from London conservatoires at this annual charity fundraiser.

Dear Friends, Music Therapy Supporters and Broadstone Music Series Supporters

We would like to invite you to a special charity afternoon, given by Hurn Court Opera, to raise funds for our music therapy charity which provides music therapy for young children at the Child Development Centre at Poole Hospital.

The afternoon will commence at 4 pm with tea/coffee/cake (included) in the church grounds(weather permitting) or in the church hall, and a performance of Bach Brandenburg Concerto No 3.

At 5 pm we charge our glasses and take our seats in the church for our opera performance of Dido and Anaeus.

The church grounds are spacious and you are also welcome to bring a picnic.
